Academy Entrance Trial & Assessment
Assessment Process
- Skill Drills: Evaluation of technical capabilities including dribbling, passing, and shooting mechanics.
- Match Simulation: 30 to 45 minutes of game time (11v11 or small sided) to test tactical awareness and positional sense.
- Fitness Check: Basic physical agility and endurance testing.
Logistics
- Equipment: Provision of trial bibs and ground equipment during the session.
- Selection Result: Yes/No status notification regarding admission to the residential program.
Yearly Residential Academy & Schooling
Boarding & Nutrition
- Accommodation: Air conditioned dormitory style rooms with wooden bunk beds and individual wardrobes at the Civil Lines Campus.
- Athletic Diet: 7 daily servings including 3 main meals (high protein), pre training snacks, hydration, and night milk.
- Facilities: Access to on campus physio room for rehab and gym for strength conditioning.
Professional Training
- Double Sessions: Daily morning (06:00 AM) and evening (04:30 PM) training blocks on artificial turf.
- Coaching Staff: Technical oversight by UEFA licensed Directors and execution by AIFF certified coaches.
- Competition: Exposure via Delhi League, AIFF Youth Leagues, and internal friendly matches.
Academics & Gear
- Integrated Schooling: Enrollment in partner school (likely NIOS/CBSE) with athlete friendly hours (09:00 AM to 01:30 PM).
- Kit Allocation: Complete season gear including Home/Away match jerseys, 3 training sets, tracksuit, stockings, and bag.
Career Pathway
- Domestic: Direct funnel into Sudeva Delhi FC (I League) youth and senior squads.
- International: Merit based scouting visibility for CD Olímpic de Xàtiva (Spanish 3rd Division).

What Life Looks Like Here
This is a full-time residential football academy. You’ll actually live on our campus in Delhi, eat well, train daily, and focus on football. We take care of the rest - safe rooms, nutritious food, and all the boring daily stuff so you just play and learn.
- Training is led by coaches from India and abroad, including big names from German and Austrian clubs.
- You get a proper fitness plan and gym, not just running laps.
- We don’t forget school - academics and mentorship run alongside training, so your education stays on track.
- The environment is strict, but supportive. Lots of mehnat (hard work) and real discipline. We want you to be a warrior, not just a player.
Where Football Can Take You
Our program is built for those who want a professional football career pathway. If you’re good enough, you get a shot at Sudeva Delhi FC in the I-League, or even at our own club in Spain’s 3rd Division. Plus, we send players to European youth tournaments for international football exposure, and even organize training trips to places like Leh and Bhutan.

My Story
Hum Sudeva hain, Delhi se. Football humare liye sirf khel nahi hai, mission hai. Sapna hai India ko World Cup mein dekhna, simple hai, mushkil bhi hai. Jab shuru kiya, pata tha aasaan nahi hoga. Par hum rukte nahi. Spain mein club liya, taki humare bachhe Europe mein khel sake. Jab hamare ladke, chhote se bade, national team tak pahunchte hain, dil khush ho jata hai. Sudeva ki jersey pehente hain toh lagta hai sapna apna pura ho raha hai. Jai Hind!
