We manage the full 24/7 environment—from our rigorous 7-meal athlete diet plan to shared dorm living—ensuring every player gets the rest, nutrition, and support needed to perform. It is a balance of discipline and family spirit that prepares them for the real pressure of professional football.
At Sudeva, the pitch is just the beginning. Our academy in Civil Lines, Delhi, functions as a home where the next generation of Indian footballers is forged. We know that training is incomplete without the right recovery, which is why our residential setup is central to our philosophy.
The Daily Routine
Life here is structured to build the habits of a pro. From early morning double sessions to tactical board analysis in the evenings, players learn that success is 10% talent and 90% discipline. Our dormitories are designed for comfort and community, with shared rooms that foster lifelong friendships. When we say 'Sudevan,' we mean it—we train together, eat together, and grow together.
