A look into my journey as a stylist, from traditional Punjabi elegance to modern, high-energy screen visuals for the Pollywood and Haryanvi industries.

This shot with Ammy Virk and Sweetaj Brar for 'Khabi Seat' is one for the books. I curated this classic Punjabi look, focusing on a vibrant yellow suit for Sweetaj that perfectly captured the romantic, sun-drenched feel of the song. It's all about creating a visual story that feels authentic and looks beautiful on screen.

Hearing feedback like this is what makes the hustle worthwhile. For this Dubai desert shoot with Nisha Bhatt, I created a dramatic look with a royal blue gown and a custom face chain to match the magical landscape. It’s my job to ensure the artist not only looks incredible but feels confident in the final result.

I love creating edgy, high-energy looks. For the song 'Bacheyan Di Maa', I styled Sonia Mann in this bold, oversized faux leather jacket and Kanwalpreet Singh in a contrasting neon and black windbreaker. This project shows my ability to create modern, street-style inspired outfits for music videos.

This is from the music video for 'Jogan', where I designed a dark, moody boho look. I paired a black sequined blouse with a deep red lehenga and layered oxidized silver jewellery to create a powerful and mystical character. This kind of detailed character styling is a key part of my process.

Working with Ammy Virk was a milestone moment for me. This picture was taken on the second day of our shoot, and it truly felt like a dream come true. His kindness and dedication are so inspiring, and being able to contribute to his project was an honor. Waheguru ji Mehar kara.

A testimonial from artist Preet Sandhu after we wrapped a shoot. It’s always my goal to make the styling process seamless and deliver outfits that perfectly match the song's vibe. Hearing that an artist loved the looks and recommends my work is the highest compliment.

For this high-energy track, we went for a full luxury vibe with a shoot on a yacht in Dubai. I curated a series of modern, glamorous outfits, including this red biker jacket and a patterned shirt, to match the city's dynamic backdrop. My work involves sourcing outfits that fit grand-scale productions.

It was an incredible experience styling for the 'Raah Takdi' music video, featuring the legendary Bohemia and Dilraj Grewal. I handled both the glamorous look for the female lead, with a stunning red dress, and the cool, layered hip-hop style for Bohemia, ensuring each artist's image was distinct and powerful.

About Featured

Styling is not just about the clothes you see on screen; it is about the coordination that happens before the camera rolls. For every project, I manage the full cycle: moodboarding the look with the director, sourcing specific garments from boutiques, and handling the fittings to ensure the artist feels confident. Whether it is a vibrant yellow suit for a romantic track or a bold, leather-based look for a music video, my goal is to ensure the costume narrates the song’s story.

My approach to styling is built on three pillars: concept, precision, and passion. Being a music video stylist in the Pollywood and Haryanvi sectors requires a mix of versatility and extreme attention to detail.

The Process

My work starts long before the shoot day. I spend time aligning with directors to understand the song's narrative. If we are shooting a traditional song, I focus on the grace of the attire, often sourcing or designing outfits that respect heritage while looking fresh on camera. If the vision is modern or urban, I look for edges, mixing faux leather, denim, or street-style elements to give the artist a contemporary, standout look.

On-Set Management

Once we are on set, the job shifts to execution. This is where I am most active—steam-ironing garments, making micro-adjustments for the perfect silhouette, and keeping the continuity perfect between takes. I have managed projects in diverse settings, from studios in Chandigarh and Delhi to location shoots in Dubai.

My Philosophy

For me, this work is personal. I treat every project with the same level of care, whether I am working with a new artist or a seasoned star like Ammy Virk or Bohemia. It is not just about the final image; it is about creating an environment where the artist feels their best. I am constantly learning, hustling, and keeping my faith, as I believe the best results come when you put your heart into the craft.
