Featured Pottery Workshops & Creative Clay Experiences
Pottery is my way of slowing down, and I would love to help you find that same quiet focus. From corporate team-building to cozy couple’s clay dates, my studio is all about getting hands dirty and making something real together.
This is the face of someone letting go and finding joy in the clay. My workshops are a space to get your hands messy, laugh without reservation, and reconnect with your playful side. No experience is ever needed, just a willingness to try.
Looking for a unique way to celebrate? A weekend clay date is a perfect way to create memories and a masterpiece together. Here are some moments from Vinit and Deshna’s birthday pottery session, full of laughter and creativity.
I love bringing the tactile art of pottery to corporate events. For a Valentine's Day ride with Triumph Motorcycles, we swapped horsepower for hand power, giving riders a chance to slow down, connect, and create something beautiful together.
There is something truly special about watching a parent and child create together. This moment from a pottery retreat captures the quiet connection and shared focus that happens when you're shaping clay side-by-side.
From childhood friends to creative collaborators, this group brought so much laughter and history to the studio. Watch them dive into pottery and see the beautiful, functional ceramics they created to remember their day together.
Guiding a young artist as they discover pottery for the first time is a true privilege. This is a glimpse into a mother-daughter workshop, from the first touch of clay to the proud moment of holding their finished bowls.
I believe art forms can enrich each other, which is why I host special 'Storytelling & Sculpting' workshops. We merge the ancient art of storytelling with the tactile expression of clay, allowing you to listen, imagine, and sculpt characters to life.
The best workshops are filled with shared smiles and muddy hands. This is what it's all about: friends coming together, forgetting the world outside, and celebrating their wobbly, wonderful, and perfectly imperfect creations.
About Featured
Here is the real talk about our sessions: we skip the pottery wheel entirely. Instead, we focus on hand-building techniques like pinching, coiling, and slab rolling. This approach is much more forgiving for beginners, meaning you do not need years of practice to make a functional mug or bowl you will actually use at home. It is messy, it is slow, and honestly, that is exactly where the fun is.
Why Hand-Building?
Most people expect a pottery wheel, but we purposely steer clear of it. Hand-building is tactile and intimate. It allows you to feel the clay, manipulate it with your fingers, and build forms at your own pace. Whether it is a slab-built planter or a pinch-pot mug, your work will have unique character—finger marks, slightly wonky edges, and that distinct, handmade charm that factory-made ceramics just do not have.
What Happens After the Class?
Many first-timers are surprised to learn that the work does not end when the workshop does. Because we want your creations to be genuinely functional, we take them through a rigorous process. After you leave the studio, we let them dry slowly, then trim them, and fire them in the kiln twice—first for bisque, then for glazing. This makes your pieces food-safe, microwave-safe, and durable. This transformation takes about 3-5 weeks, so you will have a little wait before you can pick up your finished ceramics from our Powai studio.
Is it Right for You?
Whether you are booking a private clay date, a corporate team-building session, or a workshop for your kids, no experience is necessary. We provide everything—clay, aprons, tools, and guidance. You just bring your curiosity. If you are looking for a break from screens and the city rush, this is your space to reset.
