We design living and dining areas that flow seamlessly, balancing grand scale with intimate, everyday comfort through clever zoning and material play.

This lounge in a 25,000 sq. ft. Moradabad villa is defined by a bold marble feature wall and a gentle archway leading to other private areas. The design balances dramatic elements with a calm, creamy palette for a feeling of relaxed indulgence.

Textural details are key to creating warmth. Here, we used subtle wall paneling and a comfortable, curved armchair to create an inviting corner within the larger lounge, proving that luxury is often in the quiet details.

Natural light plays a crucial role in our designs. In this space, sunlight streams in, highlighting the soft textures of the furniture and the classical bust, creating a corner that feels both sophisticated and serene.

We love creating a journey through a home. This view shows how the arched doorway frames the next space, while a curved wall with mural wallpaper on the left adds an artistic layer, softening the room's edges.

The interplay of textures, from the fluted wood paneling to the smooth marble of the TV wall, adds depth and character. A large piece of art complements the architectural elements, making the wall a feature in itself.

This video shows how a small design change can elevate an entire room. By integrating the side table and hanging light into a single sculptural piece with a curved backdrop, we transformed a standard corner into a unique, luxurious feature.

In this South City residence, we used a sleek glass partition with fluted details and arched tops to separate the formal living room from a more casual lounge. This maintains an open feel while clearly defining the two zones.

The dining area is anchored by a dramatic black and white checkered marble floor and a sculptural chandelier. The rich green chairs add a pop of color, creating a sophisticated space for formal dining.

A view of the dining area showing its connection to the living space. The wooden ceiling helps define the dining zone, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere that contrasts beautifully with the polished marble floor.

The formal living area is designed with a neutral palette, allowing sculptural elements like the Atlas statue and the custom glass partition to stand out. The layout is arranged to encourage conversation and social gatherings.

About Grand Living & Dining Spaces

In open-plan homes, the living and dining areas often struggle for a balance between connection and privacy. We frequently solve this with custom swivel TV partitions or sculptural joinery pieces, which define distinct zones without blocking light or conversation. These are not just room dividers; they are functional, artistic anchors that make a large, open space feel intimate and considered.
