Beautiful homes begin with a strong foundation. We design building exteriors and architectural concepts that ensure a seamless, luxurious flow from the street to your living space.

This is the architectural design for 'Istana,' an upcoming luxury apartment building in Mysore. We designed the facade to be modern and striking, using a mix of grey tones, marble cladding, and wood-look louvers to create a sophisticated and contemporary landmark.

This video pans across a minimalist living space, showcasing the clean, all-white furniture and the subtle play of light and shadow. The use of fluted glass partitions and abstract art creates a gallery-like feel that is both modern and serene.

When we approach an architectural facade, like the one we designed for 'Istana' in Mysuru, we focus on the relationship between weather resilience and aesthetic appeal. We use materials like grey marble cladding and wood-look louvers not just for the look, but to manage light and privacy effectively. A good exterior sets the stage for the luxury interior waiting inside, and our goal is to make that transition feel natural and cohesive.

A look at a modern residence where architecture meets nature. I used clean lines, expansive glass, and natural stone cladding to create a structure that feels both grand and grounded. The hanging gardens on the balcony add a touch of green that softens the modern form.4
This 6,000 sq ft home in Sarjapur was designed to feel like a modern vacation home. The combination of wood, stone, and large windows connects the interiors with the tropical landscape, offering a comfortable escape every day of the week.
Good architecture adds real value to a property, far beyond just the cost of construction. This design showcases how we can use massing and materials to create a visually dynamic facade that has a strong street presence and lasting appeal.
When designing a family home, I imagine how life will unfold within its walls. This project on Sarjapur Road was inspired by the family who will live here, with spaces designed for playing, lounging, and gathering. Understanding the client is the best inspiration.

This is Kanasu, a home where my design philosophy comes to life. I believe a house should be a sanctuary, perfectly blended with the nature of namma Bengaluru, where light and shadow play across surfaces, and every detail matters.8
I design homes with spaces that breathe. This double-height dining area in the Kanasu residence connects vertically and opens horizontally to the outdoors, creating a sense of grandeur and seamless flow for family life.
For me, architecture must respect the land. In the 'Between Two Trees' project, I designed the entire home around the existing, mature trees, making them the heroes of the story rather than obstacles.
