Experience the elegance of geode-inspired resin art. We teach you how to use metallic pigments, mica powders, and crystals to create luxurious, marble-like effects on your very own custom clock.
Watch as we create a realistic resin koi pond. This meticulous process involves layering resin and carefully placing miniature koi fish, lotus flowers, and other elements to build a serene, 3D water scene.

About this collection
Resin art is messy and requires patience, which is why your piece needs a full 24 hours to cure at our studio before it is ready to head home. We provide all the necessary safety gear, like gloves and masks, so you can focus entirely on mixing your pigments and pouring that perfect ocean wave or geode swirl without worrying about the cleanup.
Resin art is all about the flow. We get that it looks intimidating when you see those glossy, professional pieces online, but here is the secret: most of our participants have never touched a pouring cup before they walk through our doors in HSR Layout.
What You Will Actually Do
We break the process down so it is less about chemistry and more about creativity. You start with the base—a clock, a coaster, or a tray—and then it is time to play. You will learn how to mix the hardener, add the right amount of metallic or opaque pigment, and use heat tools to get those lacy cells or crisp geode lines.
We cover a few different styles depending on the session:
- Beach Art: Using real sand, shells, and miniatures to build a 3D coast.
- Geode Designs: Layering mica powders and crystals for that luxurious look.
- Functional Decor: Making your own custom wall clocks or koi ponds.
- Jewelry: Preserving flowers and nature in small resin pendants.
The Studio Reality
Safety is non-negotiable, so we provide masks and nitrile gloves for everyone. Resin is a chemical, so ventilation matters, and we have a setup that keeps the air flowing. Because resin takes time to harden, you cannot carry your masterpiece home immediately. Your work needs a stable, dust-free environment to cure for 24 hours. Just plan to drop by the studio the next day to pick it up once it is solid and shiny.
StoryZone
I am Nisha, and I started StoryZone because I wanted a space here in Namma Bengaluru where people could actually switch off their screens. My studio in HSR Layout is all about that 'messy is good' energy, and I am usually there helping you mix pigments or troubleshooting why the resin is acting up.
