About this collection
Expect a bit of beautiful chaos when we shoot. My process is not about perfectly still poses, but about waiting for that exact second when your puppy nudges your child or they share a laugh together. I spend the first part of our session just playing with your pets so they feel comfortable, which is why I often recommend a two-hour window for these sessions to let the real, unposed magic happen naturally.
Kids and pets share a special language. Whether it is a quiet, secret conversation between a toddler and a kitten, or a wild, energetic run through the park with your dog, these connections are the heart of family life. My job is simply to be the fly on the wall, documenting the energy and love as it unfolds.
How We Make It Work
We usually start by letting the kids and pets interact on their own terms. If your pup is shy, we take it slow and give them space. If your toddler has a lot of energy, we channel that into play rather than trying to contain it. I focus on locations where everyone feels safe, whether that is your own home or a quiet park we frequent in Bangalore or Luxembourg.
Why Candid Matters
Stiff poses rarely capture the unique personality of a pet or the genuine curiosity of a child. By moving away from structured, formal setups and focusing on engagement, we get photos that feel like real memories, not just static ornaments. If your pet is climbing the furniture or the kids are chasing each other, that is exactly the story we want to tell.
Common Questions
- Do we need to dress up? Keep it comfortable. If you feel good, you look good.
- Does the pet need to be trained? Not at all. My favorite shots are the ones where the dog is being a dog and the child is being a child.
- What if they don't cooperate? That is where the best photos come from. I have all the patience in the world for busy kids and curious pets.
