How We Work
Our setup is simple: we handle everything, start to finish. You get one team, from idea and 3D design all the way to the actual build and final touches. No juggling contractors or chasing designers. We know the process can get a bit messy, especially mid-construction, but trust us - the big reveal is always worth it.
What We Create
- Transform underused rooftops into proper chill zones, with different corners for lounging, dining, and entertaining. Rooftop garden design is our thing.
- Create backyard escapes for villas and homes, complete with lawns, stone walkways, and grand entries.

My Story
Hey, we’re Priya and Tushar Malik, running Urban Living Studio. We love seeing a dull terrace or messy site and dreaming up what it could be. Trust the process – we always say that. Our thing is mixing nature with architecture, making spaces that actually feel alive. Awards are nice, but the real win is watching kids run around in a backyard we built. That’s when we know we nailed it.
