When we set up a live station, the goal is to create an experience, not just serve a meal. You will see our chefs cooking biryani in traditional degs over actual wood fires and grilling kebabs on live charcoal right in front of your guests. It keeps the food hot, the aromas fresh, and gives your guests a natural reason to gather and chat while they wait for their plates.

With 15 years of experience, we have the systems in place to handle events from 50 to 2,000 guests. Our staff arrives in uniform, manages the clearance, and ensures the station remains clean throughout the event. We travel anywhere in India for larger events, but our heart remains in our Bangalore kitchen, where we perfect our spice blends and roasting techniques.
