Service Scope
- Staffing: 2 uniformed artisans providing live preparation for 3 to 4 hours.
- Menu: Assortment of 15-20 traditional varieties, focusing on Sweet Paan (Meetha), Maghai, Sada, and Calcutta styles.
- Setup: Standard table presentation with stainless steel or brass-look trays and simple floral borders.
Ingredients & Hygiene
- Components: Fresh betel leaves, Gulkand, various grades of Supari (roasted/sweet), Mukhwas, and fennel seeds.
- Serving Style: Traditional service directly to hand or on disposable silver-foil paper squares.
- Hygiene: Staff equipped with gloves and caps; strictly taste-focused with no fire or smoke elements.

Nodi snehitare, we got tired of the same old catering, so we brought in live stations, crazy paan, and even masked servers for extra masti (fun).
