When people join my gym, they expect lifting, but they stay for the cardio. Our Zumba and dance-based group sessions are specifically designed for those who find the treadmill boring. We use club-style lighting and loud, high-bpm tracks to create an environment where you lose track of time.
What happens in a session?
You get 45 to 60 minutes of non-stop movement. We use standardized plastic step platforms to add resistance and intensity to the dance steps, ensuring you’re working your glutes and core while you’re focused on the rhythm. Whether you are 18 or 48, the goal is simple: sweat, smile, and burn fat.
The Environment
This is a judgement-free zone. The group format, with 15+ participants, means you have constant support from others. We’ve kept the space well-ventilated with fans, and because it’s part of Karnataka Xtreme Fitness, you get the same disciplined focus here as you would in a bodybuilding session. It is a strictly monitored, women-friendly space.
Practical details for joining:
- Frequency: 3 to 4 scheduled sessions per week.
- Goal: High-intensity fat loss and conditioning.
- Gear: Bring comfortable shoes; we provide the mats and step platforms.
