- Input Analysis: Review of 2D CAD plans, hand sketches, or site photos.
- 3D Modeling: Detailed geometry creation for front facade (G+1 to G+3 structures).
- Material Selection: Application of premium textures including stone cladding, HPL sheets (Fundermax/Vox), glass railings, and exterior paint.
- Environment Setup: Realistic entourage including landscaping, planters, vehicles, and background sky.
Deliverables
- High-Resolution Renders: 2 distinct renders in 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels).
- Views Included: 1 Day View (Natural lighting) and 1 Night View (Artificial facade lighting with profile lights).

Single Room Interior 3D Design
Scope of Work
- Space Modeling: 3D construction of walls, windows, doors, and flooring based on civil dimensions.
- Custom Furniture Modeling: Detailed visualization of fixed joinery including wardrobes, TV units with paneling, and modular kitchen units.
- Decor & Styling: Placement of loose furniture (beds, sofas, dining sets) and props (rugs, curtains, artifacts).

I get a real kick when someone can’t tell if my work is a photo or a CGI render. That’s the level of detail I chase. My job is to bridge that boring 2D plan and what you’ll actually see and feel day in, day out.

I still get a kick showing my daughter a building I designed in Kengeri – from a sketch to reality! Bangalore’s home, but I work all over Karnataka.
