Programs and Training
We offer a structured path for athletes and martial artists at our Shlok Sports Village facility in Sarjapur:
- Karate & Self-Defense: We follow the Shotokan curriculum, covering Kihon (basics), Kata (forms), and Kumite (sparring). This program builds confidence, reflexes, and discipline.
- Fitness & Conditioning: We don't just focus on the sport; we build the athlete. Our sessions include agility ladder work, hurdle jumps, and core strength training to improve speed and prevent injury.
