Behind the Scenes: How We Set Up Your Party Decor

When you book us, you are not just paying for balloons, you are getting a team that respects your time. Whether it is a quick 45-minute room surprise or a full 3-hour shimmer wall assembly, we use specialized masking tape that keeps your walls safe and paint intact, while ensuring your decor stays firm throughout your entire celebration.

You have seen the photos, but the real work happens in the setup. We have completed over 2000 events across Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon, and if there is one thing we have learned, it is that precision matters.

Our Setup Process

• Room Surprises: For these, our team needs 45 to 60 minutes. We focus on distribution, ensuring the 50 to 70 balloons on your ceiling and floor are placed perfectly to maximize the effect without crowding the room.
• Circular Ring & Neon Backdrops: These take us about 90 to 120 minutes. We need a clearance of at least 8ft by 8ft to safely assemble the iron ring stand and get the LED neon signage centered correctly.
• Premium Shimmer Walls: These are our most involved setups, requiring 2.5 to 3 hours. Because these involve heavy marquee numbers and active sequin panels, we test all electrical connections for the neon signs and marquee lights on-site before we leave.
