You see the finished party, but this is how we make it happen. Here is our process for setting up events across Greater Noida and Delhi NCR.

About Behind the Scenes
Setting up an event is hard work that happens before the guests arrive. We spend our time constructing wooden frames, wiring lighting, and prepping floral foam on-site to ensure every setup is sturdy and aligned. This is the reality of the work we do to get your venue ready on time.
When you hire us, you are not just getting decorations, you are getting a team that manages the entire setup process. We handle the logistics so you do not have to worry about the heavy lifting.
Our Process
- Structural Assembly: For backdrops and photo booths, we build the support frames from scratch. We use industrial tape, ladders, and various tools to ensure everything is secure against walls or ceilings.
- Floral Preparation: We do not just bring pre-made arrangements. We often prepare floral foam, sort marigolds, and assemble floral arches directly at your venue to ensure the flowers stay fresh.
- Lighting and Wiring: Setting up fairy lights, LED par cans, and marquee letters requires careful cable management. We ensure all power connections are tucked away and safe.
- Space Management: Whether we are working in a compact apartment hall in Noida or an open farmhouse, we adapt our setup to the space constraints. We know how to arrange furniture and drapes to make the most of the area you have.
