About Coaching for Young Champions
Our approach involves intense attention to the basics. We spend the early sessions on the correct V and thumb grips, ensuring muscle memory is built before students move to rapid rally play, which prevents bad habits from forming early on.
Success on the court starts with the fundamentals. We do not rush students into competition. Instead, we begin with standing shadow practice, toss-and-strike feeds, and agility drills to prepare the body for the demands of the sport. Every session, whether at Pawar Public School or in a private society club, combines these technical drills with physical conditioning.
We integrate sports science into our training. By using Firstbeat technology to monitor VO2 Max and movement load, we create data-driven plans for each student. This allows us to track progress accurately rather than guessing where a player needs to improve. Our coaches are always on the floor with the students, correcting form and leading by example during HIIT and agility ladder exercises.
We currently operate in Thane, Bhandup, Airoli, and surrounding areas. Our curriculum includes core workouts and shuttle control exercises designed for beginners and intermediate players. We believe that hard work is the primary requirement for growth, and we foster an environment where discipline leads to real results on the court.

We have been coaching young players since 2009. Our coaches work closely with each student on the court, guiding their footwork and technique to help them build endurance and skill.
