Friendly In-House Skating Competitions
We believe skating is about more than just medals. Our in-house competitions are fun, low-pressure events where every child gets a chance to shine, build confidence, and enjoy the thrill of the race among friends.

Ready, set, go. A group of our speed skaters take off from the starting line during a practice race. We teach them the proper stance and technique to get a powerful start, which is crucial in competitive speed skating.

About this collection
We do not host these events to crown a 'winner' in the traditional sense. Instead, we use these race days to help your child overcome the jitters, practice their form under a little pressure, and most importantly, see that sports are meant to be enjoyed. If your child is nervous about being in front of a crowd, this is the perfect, supportive stepping stone to help them get comfortable.
It is common for kids to get 'rink fright'—the hesitation to perform or race when others are watching. We organize these in-house meetups specifically to normalize that feeling. It is a safe, controlled environment inside our Whitefield arena. You will see your child practicing their starts, learning how to take corners, and managing their speed, all while cheering for their teammates. It turns technical training into a game.
We see kids who were quiet and hesitant in their first week suddenly finding their voice and speed when they are racing their friends. It is not just about skating; it is about resilience, cheering for others, and learning that fall or win, it is all part of the journey. We keep these events casual, and parents are always invited to witness the progress—no podium pressure, just a fun day of growth.
