About Our Programs: From Toddlers to Teens
We enforce a strict 1:5 coach-to-student ratio across all age groups. This is not just about safety, it is about dedicated attention. In a standard crowded pool, a student gets lost in the group. Here, every stroke is monitored and corrected by our certified instructors, ensuring they build muscle memory properly from day one of our 12-week term.
Swimming is a life skill, not a weekend hobby. Our programs are designed to strip away fear and build functional capability through rigorous training methods.
Our Program Structure
- Parent-Child (6 months – 3 years): We focus on water familiarization and safety. A parent joins the child in the water, creating a bond while teaching the child how to float, submerge, and move confidently.
- Little Swimmers (4 – 12 years): We break down complex movements into small, manageable milestones. We tackle fear first, then move to stroke technique, breathing, and stamina. This is about building a foundation that lasts.
- Teen Squad (13 – 19 years): For those seeking more, our squad training focuses on endurance, race conditioning, and advanced mechanics like butterfly and tumble turns. This is for the student who wants to treat swimming as a sport.
The Sportiqo Method
We use an Australian-inspired curriculum that emphasizes technique over duration. You will not find us rushing through levels to hand out a certificate. Our coaches provide consistent feedback, including occasional video analysis to show you exactly how your stroke looks and where it needs refinement. Whether you are training at our BKC, Prabhadevi, Colaba, or Mumbai Central facility, the quality of instruction remains consistent. We focus on discipline, focus, and physical fitness, ensuring that when a student graduates, they are not just staying afloat, they are swimming with purpose.
Sportiqo
We started Sportiqo because we were tired of seeing swimming schools hand out certificates after a week without teaching a single real stroke. We bring Olympian-backed training methods to Mumbai, stripping away the shortcuts to focus on what actually matters: technique, stamina, and confidence.
