Developmental Competitive Squad
Training Frequency
5 sessions per week (Monday to Friday), typically evening slots (8:00 PM - 10:00 PM).

- Dryland Activation: 30 minutes of poolside core strengthening and flexibility work per session.

- Error Correction: Fixing disqualification-prone habits (e.g., one-hand touches, illegal kicks).

I don’t run a regular swim class. This is where swimmers come to push limits and chase podium finishes. If you’re after shortcuts or quick fixes, you won’t find them here. My goal is to build strong strokes and even stronger futures.
