Our Transparent Design and Build Process
Good design is rarely a straight line. We take you behind the scenes of our workflow, from the initial concept to the messy, rewarding reality of on-site execution.
This short video illustrates the complexity behind every design we create. While it might seem like a straight line from concept to 3D model, the reality is a detailed process involving space analysis, electrical layouts, material sampling, and much more to ensure every detail is perfect.
Attention to detail is everything. This clip shows our textile sourcing process, where we carefully select fabrics and materials that align with the project's color scheme and functional needs. It's a crucial step in creating a cohesive and high-quality interior.
Every project has its 'arey yaar' moments. This photo from a work-in-progress site shows us testing various color swatches for a wall. It’s a reminder that design is an iterative process of trial and refinement to get every element just right.
About Our Design & Build Process
We believe in showing you the reality behind the final reveal, so our process goes beyond just the pretty 3D renders. Every project involves rigorous steps like on-site electrical layout adjustments and textile sampling, where we test materials against the actual light and space in your room to ensure functionality meets your aesthetic vision.
From Concept to Completion
Architecture and interior design is rarely a perfectly smooth journey. Our process is designed to handle the inevitable twists and turns of construction, ensuring you stay informed and involved without the anxiety of the unexpected.
Conceptualization and Planning
Before any wall is moved, we focus on space planning. We start with detailed client requirements and site analysis, moving into 3D renders that help you visualize lighting, furniture, and color palettes. This stage is about setting the foundation.
Technical Clarity
We bridge the gap between a design and a functional space through Good for Construction (GFC) drawings. These cover everything from electrical and plumbing layouts for clinical equipment to Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP) for complex lighting. We ensure your contractors have precise instructions, reducing guesswork on the ground.
Execution and The 'Messy' Part
This is where we live. We conduct 4 to 6 site visits per month to ensure design adherence. Whether it is matching paint swatches to your specific room light or coordinating with equipment vendors, we are there on-site. We have learned that a site where nothing shifts is a myth, so we focus on staying calm and solving the 'arey yaar' moments as they arise. Our goal is to manage the chaos so you can focus on the result.
We provide transparency because you deserve to know exactly what is happening inside your walls. From initial material sampling to the final handover, we work to make your space both beautiful and practical.
