About From Concept to Completion: Our Process
We do not rely on assumptions. Before construction begins, our team conducts physical site visits using laser distance meters to map columns, beams, and utility points, providing a precise foundation for every 3D visualization and technical drawing.
Our approach to design and project management is rooted in technical accuracy and clear communication. We break down the project journey into four distinct phases to ensure a seamless transition from ideas to a finished space.
Phase 1: Site Analysis and Concept
Every project begins with a physical survey. We use laser distance meters to document the exact dimensions of your property, including existing plumbing, electrical, and structural constraints. This data informs our 2D furniture layouts, ensuring that your floor plan prioritizes flow and utility before we add aesthetic elements.
Phase 2: Visualization
We bridge the gap between imagination and reality using 3D modeling software like SketchUp and 3DS Max. By rendering perspective views in Lumion or Enscape, we demonstrate how materials and lighting interact within your specific environment. This allows you to approve the design and lighting simulation (3000K to 6000K) before any physical work starts.
Phase 3: Technical Documentation
We produce GFC (Good For Construction) drawings that eliminate guesswork for contractors. This includes detailed reflected ceiling plans, electrical looping, and tiling patterns. By defining specifications for materials and finishes early, we manage costs and ensure consistency across the project.
Phase 4: Turnkey Execution
As a full-service studio, we manage the site throughout the build. Whether it is installing toughened glass partitions in a corporate office or setting up custom booth seating in a restaurant, we supervise the construction to ensure the final finish matches our approved design. Our role is to handle the logistical complexities so you can focus on the outcome.
