Standard Room Decor Package
Balloons & Arrangement
- Ceiling Decor: 50 to 70 Metallic or Pastel Latex balloons attached to the ceiling using removable glue dots or masking tape. Note: These are air filled, not helium floating balloons.
- Hanging Elements: Curled plastic ribbons attached to ceiling balloons dropping down approx. 4 to 5 feet.
- Floor Scatter: 30 to 40 loose air filled balloons scattered on the floor.
- Wall Text: One standard 13 letter foil banner (e.g., HAPPY BIRTHDAY or I LOVE YOU) taped to the main wall.
Accents
- Surface Decor: Rose petal sprinkling (approx. 250g fresh or synthetic) forming a heart shape or message on the bed or table.
- Lighting: 1 or 2 strands of plug in LED fairy lights draped around the banner or headboard.
Logistics
- Setup Time: 60 to 90 Minutes.
- Takedown: User manages removal; provider does not return for cleanup.
Ring Frame & Neon Sign Setup
Structure & Backdrop
- Frame: One 6ft x 6ft circular metal ring stand (Rental).
- Balloon Garland: Organic semi arch arrangement covering approx. 60% of the ring using ~250 latex balloons (Metallic, Pastel, or Chrome).
- Signage: One generic Neon Sign (Rental) mounted on the ring (e.g., Happy Birthday, Let's Party).
Props & Extras
- Cake Display: One cylindrical plinth or wire frame table for cake placement (Rental).
- Foil Accents: 2 to 3 Star or Heart shaped foil balloons (18 inch) integrated into the garland.
- Flooring: Basic artificial grass mat or red carpet underneath the ring area (6x4 ft).
Logistics
- Staff: 2 Decorators.
- Duration: Setup takes 2 to 2.5 hours.
- Recovery: Staff returns post event to collect the Ring, Neon Sign, and Plinth.

My Story
Hello, main Vishal from Special Entry Delhi. Kaam hi pehchaan hai (work is my identity). Main jyada baatein nahi karta, bas entry ko dhamakedaar banata hoon. Bride ke liye red rose ho ya couple ke liye smoke effect, hum har function ko yaadgaar bana dete hain. Dekhna hai toh kaam dekho, pasand aaye toh milte hain.
