Using Mantras and Faith to Find Inner Calm
When everything feels uncertain, your energy does not have to follow suit. I use the vibrations of sound and the anchor of faith to help you move from feeling stuck to finding your flow.
This is a core belief in my practice. Faith is the act of seeing what is not yet visible and trusting that you can receive what feels impossible. It is a powerful anchor in uncertain times.
When fear arises, let your faith be the stronger force. This is a reminder that even when the journey is difficult, trusting in a higher power and in yourself will guide you to your destination.
About The Power of Sound & Faith
I often start with a Bija Mantra, specific to your current energy block, because sound is not just about hearing. It is about vibrating through your system. We work with mantras like Om Namah Shivaya to settle your racing mind, making it easier to notice what you actually need right now instead of fighting your thoughts.
Moving from Fear to Faith
Many of us struggle when life feels chaotic, treating faith as a passive concept—something we hope for when things go wrong. In my practice, I teach faith as an active, daily choice. It is the practice of seeing what is not yet visible and trusting that your journey is moving forward, even when you feel stuck. Whether you are dealing with anxiety or a major life transition, we use guided meditation to shift your perspective.
The Role of Sound and Vibration
Mantras are more than just words you repeat. They are sound frequencies that interact with your energy. When you chant or listen with intention, you create a physical space within your body to release stored stress. During our 1-on-1 sessions, we identify specific Bija Mantras that align with your current struggles.
My Approach to Your Practice
- 1-on-1 Sessions: We meet on Zoom or WhatsApp for a 60-minute deep dive. We start with a 10-minute stress assessment, followed by posture guidance and 30 minutes of dedicated mantra meditation.
- Hand on Heart Technique: This is one of the simplest ways to ground yourself when you are spiraling. I will teach you how to use this during your day to return to the present moment instantly.
- No Pressure: You do not need to sit perfectly still or have a quiet mind. If you are restless or your mind is racing, that is exactly when you need these tools the most. We work with your reality, not an idealized version of meditation.
