We focus on cultivating joy and gratitude on Day 4. This affirmation is designed to help you become a magnet for joy by appreciating the smallest positive moments in your life.

About The Daily Anchor: A 7-Day Energy Reset
This 7-day program is designed for real life, not a perfect meditation studio. It is asynchronous, meaning you receive daily audio guides and journaling prompts directly on WhatsApp, so you can practice on your own schedule. I include a mid-week accountability check-in, because the hardest part of mindfulness isn't the practice itself—it’s actually remembering to do it when the week gets busy.
How the 7-Day Energy Reset Works
Many of us think meditation requires clearing the mind completely, but that often leads to frustration. My approach in the Daily Anchor series is different. We focus on showing up as you are—even if your head feels like it’s full of to-do lists.

- Day 7 (Wholeness): We integrate everything. This final session seals the lessons so you can carry this sense of calm forward.
