About A Taste of Our Menu

What you see here is exactly what we pull out of our 400°C wood-fired oven at your venue. We don't believe in pre-cooking, so every Margherita, Pesto Burrata, or Pepperoni pie gets stretched, topped, and fired on-site just before it hits your plate. Because we use a 48-hour fermented dough, the crust develops that signature airy, charred texture that holds up perfectly while your guests mingle.
