Your living room is the stage for your daily stories. I design furniture that blends solid teakwood, exotic stone, and brass into functional art that feels as good as it looks.

The living room of the "Whimsical House," featuring a custom 3-seater sofa and lounge chairs that blend wood and cane for a Zen-like feel. The centerpiece is the 'Ananta' table, with its infinity-shaped brass base and Patagonia marble top.

This 'Prataha' daybed is crafted for relaxation, blending Balharsha teakwood with a sleek micro-concrete finish. Brass metal joints ensure durability, while a handcrafted wooden bowl with chiseled patterns adds an artisanal touch.

This artistic accent chair is a crown jewel for any living room. Made with a solid teakwood frame, deep blue leather upholstery, and brass-capped legs, it reflects a perfect synthesis of bold design and meticulous craftsmanship.

A comfortable and classy couch designed for ultimate relaxation. This piece features a rich blue velvety fabric, a sturdy wooden base with woven details, and distinctive T-shaped brass handles for a touch of modern sophistication.

A formal living area from the "Virali Villa" project, showcasing a custom sofa, lounger chair, and center table. The space respects the client's beliefs with a beautifully integrated mandir, blending spirituality with modern Japandi design.

This console table showcases my love for bent wood and mixed materials. The curved wooden legs are accented with brass, supporting a natural stone top. It’s a functional piece that adds a sculptural element to an entryway or living room.

The 'Anandya' lounge chair is designed with ergonomics in mind for ultimate comfort. The base is made of solid teak and hundread of teak supported on bent brass metal rods, creating a timeless piece for relaxation.

The 'Avsar' center table and nesting tables, crafted from Balharsha Teak. The main tabletop features five distinct materials, including circular brass plates and chiseled teakwood, all inlaid within quartzite stone for a truly unique finish.

This sofa showcases my focus on ergonomic design and quality. The frame uses teakwood and cane for a light, airy feel, while the plush pink upholstery adds a touch of modern color. It’s a piece born from the need for functional, beautiful furniture.

A view of the open-plan living and dining area in the "Whimsical House." The custom bar stools, known as 'Lithe Perch,' feature teakwood frames and rattan detailing, perfectly complementing the breakfast counter.

About Living Room Collections

When we design your sofa or center table, we do not just pick aesthetics. We start by looking at your space's flow and your daily habits. For instance, if you want that cane-back sofa you see in my gallery, I ensure the weave supports your back without sagging over time. It is a back-and-forth process. We balance the natural warmth of teak with brass accents that actually hold up to daily wear, so you get furniture that ages gracefully rather than just looking good for a photoshoot.

My approach to the living room is rooted in practicality. Most modern furniture looks beautiful on day one but fails after a year of use. My workshop team and I prioritize structural integrity—using mortise and tenon joinery for durability and solid teakwood frames that do not warp in humid coastal conditions like Mumbai.

Material Science and Craft

I prefer natural materials because they have a story. You will see a lot of Patagonia marble and Satvario stone in my center tables, not just for the look but for the texture. When I combine these with brass or bent teakwood, the goal is to create a piece that feels weighted and permanent. For seating, we use 40-density high-resilience foam. It maintains shape, which is critical for a couch that sees daily family use.

Designing for your Lifestyle

I do not work with fixed catalogs because no two living rooms are the same. A family with young children needs different corner profiles and fabric treatments than a professional couple. We discuss your usage patterns—do you entertain often, do you need hidden storage for remotes, or is this space purely for winding down after work? Whether it is the infinity-shaped base of the 'Ananta' table or the ergonomic angle of our lounge chairs, every decision is made to improve how you inhabit the room. If you are looking for furniture that respects Indian craft roots while fitting into a clean, modern home, let's discuss your requirements.
