My music is my soul, and my sound is a mix of Indian classical, Bollywood, and high-energy Drum and Bass. In these workshops, I show you how to weave your own roots into your tracks.

This is a clip of my original track 'Saajan Na Aaye', featuring the incredible Bhavya Pandit. It's a piece of my soul, blending Indian classical vocals with a liquid Drum & Bass rhythm, a style we can explore together.

A techno edit I created of the Malayalam song 'Uyiril Thodum'. This shows how you can take inspiration from regional music and reinterpret it for the dance floor, a key part of my creative sampling lessons.

Here’s a Drum & Bass remix I made of 'Bhare Naina'. This is a great example of how we can take a powerful Bollywood vocal and build an entirely new electronic arrangement around it in Ableton Live.

A classic Bollywood tune, 'Roop Tera Mastana', reimagined as a Drum & Bass mix. I love flipping nostalgic tracks, and I can show you the techniques for sampling and remixing to create your own unique edits.

Experimenting with 'Apsara Aali', a beautiful Marathi song. In my studio sessions, we work on beat-making and sampling, learning how to respectfully and creatively incorporate traditional sounds into modern electronic music.

An original beat combining the distinct sound of a harmonium with a driving Drum & Bass rhythm. This is what I mean by finding your sound. We can work on sourcing unique samples and building tracks around them.

This is a Jungle and DnB beat I created using a Sarangi sample. The process involves finding the right loop, chopping it, and building drums and basslines that complement the original instrument's texture.

A Drum & Bass remix of 'Tur Kalleyan' from Laal Singh Chaddha. This is a practical example of the remixing skills we cover, from isolating vocals to creating a new harmonic and rhythmic structure.

A remix I did, chopping up vocals from the legendary Flowdan and layering them with sitar and tabla. This is an advanced sampling technique we can dive into, creating new rhythmic phrases from vocal samples.

Here I am in my studio, working on the Flowdan remix. You can see the audio waveforms in Ableton as I chop and arrange the sitar, tabla, and vocal samples to create a unique Indian-style breakbeat track.

About The #dnbnaari Sound: Indian Fusion & DnB

We don't just study software. We sit down and figure out how to slice a vocal, chop a sitar sample, or remix a retro Bollywood track so it hits hard on a club sound system. Whether we are breaking down a project file or prepping a festival set, we build your sound together. Let's make something real.
