Everything I make is 100% vegetarian. No mix-ups, no shortcuts. The kitchen is set up so even the ghee is pure veg, and I keep things separate for those who need Jain food or have other preferences.

I started with Rajasthani and Gujarati food - you know, proper dal baati, undhiyu, the works. But if your friends want something different, I can do North Indian, South Indian, Punjabi, even Chinese, Italian or Mexican. You get to decide what goes on your custom party menu.

Live chaat station catering is always a hit. Pani puri, dahi puri, or even a pasta counter - guests love to watch their food get made fresh. Same goes for dessert stations and mocktail bars. It really livens up the party!

I don’t just drop off food and go. My team handles buffet setup with proper table skirting, nice serving dishes, and staff in uniform. Cleanliness is non-negotiable - gloves, hairnets, the whole chakkar (routine).

Rajwadi is our family’s pride, not just a business. Since 1979, we’ve been dishing out shuddh (pure) veg food in Bangalore, keeping our Rajasthani and Gujarati roots alive.
