Before any digging starts, we mark the site and begin the project with a groundbreaking ceremony. This marks the official start of turning your empty land into a beautiful swimming pool area.
After excavation, the first structural work begins with solid brickwork. This forms the outer shell of the pool and is a critical step in defining its shape and size before the main RCC work starts.
Here you can see us pouring the RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) for the pool walls. We use a concrete mixer for a consistent, high-quality mix and strong wooden formwork to ensure the structure is perfectly shaped and incredibly durable.
I personally supervise the waterproofing stage. This is a crucial step to prevent any leaks in the future. My focus on quality here means you get a pool that is built to last without issues.

About The Construction Process: From Ground Up
People often ask me why my pools do not leak, and it comes down to the waterproofing phase. I personally oversee the multi-coat chemical treatment and the water tightness testing before a single tile is laid. If the shell is not perfect, the rest does not matter, which is why I am on-site at every concrete pour.
How We Build Your Pool
When I take on a pool project, I am not just creating a water feature. I am building a structure that has to handle heavy soil loads and seasonal moisture, especially given the intensity of Mumbai and Maharashtra monsoons. Here is how we ensure it lasts.
The Foundation & RCC Shell
We start with proper excavation based on your site conditions. For the shell, we use M20/M25 grade concrete with double mat steel reinforcement using 8mm or 10mm bars. I insist on a minimum thickness of 6 inches for the base slab and retaining walls. We use solid wooden formwork to ensure the shape is exact, whether you want a traditional rectangle or a freeform design.
Waterproofing & Testing
This is the most critical stage. We use multi-coat chemical treatment (Dr. Fixit or equivalent) on the concrete shell. I do not skip this. After the coating, we perform a water retention test for 7 days to ensure there is zero leakage before we even think about tiling.
Finishing Touches
Once the shell is tested, we move to the internal plastering with chicken mesh reinforcement at all joints to prevent cracks. We then install the tiles, coping, and the filtration plant. I check every pipe connection and fitting, from the skimmers to the LED lights, to make sure nothing is loose.
