Turnkey Rectangular Concrete Pool
Scope of Civil Work
- Excavation: Soil excavation up to 5-6 ft depth using JCB or manual labor with local debris disposal.
- RCC Structure: Permanent Reinforced Cement Concrete tank with double mat steel reinforcement (8mm/10mm bars).
- Concreting: M20/M25 grade manual mix concrete pouring for base slab and retaining walls (min 6-inch thickness).
- Waterproofing: Multi-coat chemical treatment (Dr. Fixit type) with water tightness testing.
Finishing & Tiling
- Pool Tiling: Supply and installation of standard ceramic mosaic tiles in Classic Ocean Blue or Light Blue.
- Coping: 2-inch wide Granite or natural stone coping on the pool rim.
- Plastering: Internal smooth plaster with chicken mesh reinforcement at joints.
Filtration & Plumbing
- Plant Room: 1 to 1.5 HP Pool Pump (standard Indian make) and high-rate sand filter.
- Plumbing: UPVC high-pressure piping for suction/delivery lines.
- Fittings: Includes skimmers, main drain, and inlet nozzles.
Accessories & Terms
- Lights: 2 units of LED underwater lights (Warm/Cool White).
- Ladder: 1 Stainless Steel (SS 304) ladder with 3 steps.
- Warranty: Structural warranty against leakage (typically 5-10 years on shell).

- Shape Flexibility: Execution of Freeform, Kidney-shape, or L-shaped designs tailored to landscape.
- Integrated Zones: Construction of partitioned baby pool sections or internal seating ledges (Baja shelf).

- Spa Integration: Installation of 4-6 hydrotherapy massage jets with venturi system.
