Quality is everything. Here I am on-site, personally inspecting the waterproofing and plastering work before the tiles go on. I make sure the pool shell is solid because my work has to stand strong for years, especially with the heavy Mumbai rains.
A classic 16x30 ft rectangular pool we completed. Notice the wide, built-in steps for easy access and the clean paver stone decking around it. This design is simple, functional, and perfect for family homes or farmhouses.

When I build your pool, I am personally on-site managing the RCC work, waterproofing, and filtration setup. I don't just hand over a drawing; I handle the excavation, the steel reinforcement, and the final finishing myself to ensure it withstands the monsoon season without leaks.
Building a swimming pool is about more than just the look; it is about the structure and the foundation. I have built over 51 pools across Maharashtra, from Goregaon to Kolhapur, and I have learned that the quality of the 'hidden' work—the concrete mix, the steel reinforcement, and the chemical waterproofing—is what decides if a pool lasts for five years or fifty.
My Approach to Construction
I don't believe in cutting corners to lower the rate. When we excavate, we ensure the base slab is robust enough for the soil type. We use M20/M25 grade concrete and ensure the steel reinforcement follows a double mat design. Whether you want a large resort-style pool with a jacuzzi or a compact backyard unit, the process starts with a site visit where we discuss what fits your space and your budget.
What We Handle
- Civil Structure: I manage the entire RCC tank construction. If you need a freeform design or a standard rectangular shape, my team handles the complex geometry and shuttering.
- Waterproofing: Mumbai’s rains are tough on structures. I use multi-coat chemical treatments and perform water tightness testing before any tile is laid.
- Equipment: From the filtration plant to the LED lighting and SS ladders, I ensure every fitting is high-quality.
