The most important part of our construction isn't the tile color, it's the waterproofing. Because of the heavy rains we see across Maharashtra, we use a multi-coat chemical treatment on every shell, followed by a mandatory 7-day water retention test before we hand the project over to you.

Our Construction Standards

We work primarily with RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) because it is the only way to ensure long-term stability against soil movement and water pressure.

• Foundation: We use double-mat steel reinforcement to ensure the shell doesn't crack.
• Plumbing: We use high-pressure UPVC piping to prevent leaks, which are a nightmare to fix once the pool is tiled.
• Filtration: We match the pump and sand filter capacity to your pool size so the water stays clear without excessive maintenance costs.

Customization & Design

Whether you want a modern rectangular lap pool or a freeform resort style with an attached jacuzzi and waterfall, we execute the design to fit your space perfectly. We don't use ready-made molds. Each pool shell is formed on-site to your specific dimensions.

The Process

1. Excavation & Shuttering: Precise digging followed by specialized carpentry for walls and steps.
2. Concreting: Manual pouring of M20/M25 grade concrete to ensure density and strength.
3. Finishing: Once the waterproofing is tested, we install high-quality ceramic or glass mosaic tiles and finish the coping with granite or natural stone.
