We focus on creating depth in every setup by mixing textures and temperature. When we build a grazing board, we do more than lay out food. We balance soft house-made dips with crunchy crackers, fresh fruit, and heat-finished appetizers so your guests have a new discovery in every bite.
Our approach to event dining revolves around the idea that the table is a stage. We split our work into two main styles: cold grazing spreads and hot small plates. For the grazing boards, we focus on the interplay of house-made dips like smoked baba ganoush and parmesan hummus against fresh bread and cured meats. We add visual interest with floral accents and varied heights using marble stands.
When moving to hot appetizers, we shift focus toward fusion. You might see us serving jhalmuri topped with lobster or tacos that blend local Indian spices with international techniques. Everything is prepared fresh at the venue.
