Don't worry about being a pro or having perfect steps. In my batches, we break down every move, but the priority is always the energy and the vibe. Whether you are here to burn calories with Bollywood cardio or master a full routine for a performance, the focus is on technique that looks natural, not forced. It is sweaty, it is loud, and you will definitely be smiling by the end.
What We Actually Do
When you join my Bollywood batches, you are not just learning steps—you are learning how to own the dance floor. We start with a 20-minute warm-up, moving into isolations and flexibility drills. The core of the class is the choreography, where we mix Bollywood hits with a bit of Hip Hop and Jazz Funk. We focus on 'expression'—your face matters as much as your feet.
Batch Formats
- Weekend Workshops: These are 2-hour, one-off sessions perfect if you have a busy week. We pick one trending track, break it down from scratch, and record a group video by the end. It is intense, satisfying, and you walk away with a finished piece.
- Monthly Skills Course: This is for the regulars. Over 8 sessions, we deep dive into 4 different styles. This helps you build muscle memory and improve your posture. We track your progress with recorded sessions so you can actually see yourself getting better.
Where You Find Us
I run these sessions at partner studios like Kimaya Dance & Fitness Academy in Paschim Vihar and Gymplex in Rohini. We do not do home setups—we need the proper flooring, full-length mirrors, and sound systems to do the craft justice. The batch sizes are capped at 10-15 students to ensure I can give personal attention to everyone.
