Our Junior Foundation Program is designed for students aged 5 to 15 who want to start their journey the right way. We focus on "shadow play," where students practice footwork without a racket to build rhythm before moving on to advanced rallies.

We use high-grade nylon shuttles to ensure consistent flight for beginners, and our coaches monitor every swing to prevent bad habits from forming early. Our coaching is hands-on and direct. You will often hear us shouting corrections like "Pet andar, pair seedha, sidha dekho" (Tummy in, legs straight, look ahead) to keep posture in check during rallies.

We run these sessions at our indoor wooden courts across Santacruz, Colaba, and Marine Lines, providing the shock absorption young joints need. We limit our batch sizes to 8-12 students per coach, ensuring that every player gets the attention needed to master the basic grip, stance, and swing mechanics.
