About Playful Prints & Everyday Elegance
I don't design these prints for glass cabinets; they are made for the playground. For this collection, I specifically use soft, breathable cotton and light Chanderi that handle park visits and birthday parties with ease. You will notice the pom-pom details and playful motifs—like our signature llama and lotus prints—are stitched to withstand active play, so you never have to worry about them falling apart mid-day. It is the perfect balance of traditional aesthetics and everyday comfort. 🌸
Finding ethnic wear that doesn't feel like a costume for children is a challenge. That is exactly why I started this line.
Why These Prints Matter
I wanted to move away from stiff, heavy materials that make children want to change clothes the moment a photoshoot ends. These pieces use vibrant, hand-selected prints that tell a story. Whether it is our whimsical animal series or the bright lotus florals, the goal is to make the outfit feel like a treat rather than a chore.
Practicality in Every Stitch
- Fabric Choices: We use pure cotton, Chanderi, and soft silk blends that are gentle on sensitive skin.
- Secure Details: Pom-poms and tassels are double-reinforced. I know how much children love to pull at things, so everything is attached to survive a full day of movement.
- Growth Margins: Because children grow fast, we leave 1 to 2 inches of extra fabric inside the seams. You do not have to buy a new outfit after one season.
