I personally coordinate the arrival, setup, and pacing of all activities—whether it is a 30-minute magic show or a three-hour game session—so you do not have to worry about a thing.

- Timeline: Avoid back-to-back activities. Give kids 15 minutes between a high-energy game and a magic show, or they will get overstimulated and cranky.
