We manage all vendors and entertainment for your event including catering, DJs, live acts, kids’ activities, unique entries, and photographers, so you don’t have to coordinate with multiple people.

Kids Party Entertainment Bundle: Anchor & 3 Activities
Entertainment Setup
- Game Anchor (Emcee): 1 professional bilingual host (Hindi/English) for up to 3 hours. Conducts interactive games like Musical Chairs, Diaper Pong, and Bingo. Includes basic game props.
- Activity Choices (Pick 3):
- Mascot Meet & Greet: 1 Character mascot (Mickey, Minnie, Peppa Pig, or Spiderman) for 2 hours.
- Magic Show: 30 to 45 minute interactive magic performance for children.
- Face Painting & Tattoos: 1 Artist for 3 hours using skin safe, non toxic paints.
- Juggler or Puppet Show: 30 to 45 minute interactive performance.
- Basic Art Station: Spin Art machine or simple craft corner with 1 attendant and materials for up to 30 kids.
Operational Details
- Equipment: Artists bring their own basic setup equipment like small tables, craft materials, and magic props. (Note: Sound system and mics for the anchor must be provided by the venue or DJ).
- Coordination & Backup: Complete management of artist bookings, arrival timings, and crowd control. Includes an immediate replacement guarantee if an artist cancels.
Live Carnival Food Stalls: Popcorn, Cotton Candy & Chocolate Fountain
Live Food Stations
- Popcorn Counter: 1 machine with a dedicated operator. Includes unlimited servings of salted/butter popcorn for up to 100 guests for 3 hours. Paper serving cones provided.
- Cotton Candy Counter: 1 machine with an operator. Includes unlimited servings of candyfloss on wooden sticks for up to 100 guests for 3 hours.
- Chocolate Fountain: 1 standard 3 tier fountain with flowing milk or dark chocolate. Includes dipping items like marshmallows, wafer sticks, apples, bananas, and skewers.
Operational Details
- Setup Specs: Includes standard table skirting or a basic cart setup to match the party theme. (Tables must be provided by the venue).
- Hygiene & Safety: Clean, safe operations with neatly dressed operators (aprons and caps) trained in serving children safely. Complete setup, raw material sourcing, and teardown included.
Special Effects Package: Dry Ice Fog & Cold Pyros
Visual Effects Setup
- Dry Ice Fog (Matka Fog): 1 heavy fog machine setup with dry ice to create a low lying, cloud like floor effect. Odorless, leaves no residue, and is completely indoor safe.
- Cold Pyrotechnics (Sparkulars): 4 units of electronic cold pyros. Creates a spark fountain effect without heat or smoke.
- Confetti Blast / CO2 Gun: 1 standard confetti blast or handheld CO2 gun to hype the crowd during the climax of the entry or cake cutting.
Operational Details
- Technical Operator: 1 dedicated operator to handle safe wiring, setup, and flawless cue triggering.
- Coordination: Operator coordinates timing with photographers, videographers, and the DJ for the perfect drop during entries or cake cutting moments. All equipment is vetted for indoor banquet use.
Live Devotional Music Setup: 3 Hour Bhajan & Sunderkand Path
Performance Setup
- Live Artist Group (Mandali): 3 to 4 traditional artists, typically including 1 lead singer, 1 co singer, and 1 Dholak/Tabla player.
- Duration: Continuous 2 to 3 hour performance for Sunderkand Path, Mata ki Chowki, or General Bhajans.
- Instruments: Artists provide their own traditional instruments like Harmonium and Dholak.
Audio & Operational Details
- Audio Equipment: Includes 2 standard PA speakers suitable for a hall or large living room, a small mixing console, and 3 to 4 microphones with stands.
- Event Management: Fully coordinated setup with punctual artists dressed in traditional attire, trained in maintaining spiritual decorum and engaging guests in chants.

I know how crazy event planning gets. You want to enjoy your own party, not run around calling ten different people. That’s where I step in - I handle all the vendor and entertainment management, so you can actually be present with your guests.
What I Can Arrange
- Food & Catering: From full meals to fun food stalls like popcorn, chocolate fountains, and even a bar counter if you want.
- Entertainment: DJs, live musicians, dhol, magicians, jugglers, puppet shows, folk dancers, and more. For devotional events, I can get bhajan or sankirtan groups.
- Grand Entries: Want to make a dhamakedaar (spectacular) entry? I can set up fog, pyros, and other unique party entry effects.
- Kids’ Zone: Bouncy castles, trampolines, ball pools, plus creative corners with art, face painting, tattoo artists, pottery, and even science shows. Kids party entertainment ideas are my jam.
- Memories & Gifting: Photographers, videographers, 360 photobooths, and help with themed return gift sourcing.

My Story
Hi, I’m Kiran Malhotra. People call me the ‘celebration wali aunty’ sometimes, and honestly, I don’t mind! My life runs on creativity, faith, and a little bit of madness. Shriji Events N Decor is my way to mix devotion with dhol (fun). I love planning everything from Navratri setups to wild Harry Potter birthday parties. If you see kids screaming ‘best party ever’ or aunties smiling at the decor, bas, mera kaam ho gaya (my job is done).
