I handle all planning, decor, entertainment, and vendor coordination for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, and pre-wedding events in Delhi NCR, so you don’t have to manage anything yourself.

Premium Themed Banquet Decor
Backdrop & Props
- 1 standard size arched PVC or acrylic panel, or a circular metal ring backdrop.
- Set of 3 to 4 cylindrical cake and dessert display stands matching the theme colors.
- High quality sunboard 3D cutouts based on the chosen theme (e.g., Unicorns, Butterflies, Peppa Pig, Boss Baby).
Balloons & Lighting
- 250 to 400 premium latex or chrome balloons arranged in organic garlands, arches, and clusters.
- Custom lettering, a standard Neon LED sign, or a custom flex print backdrop with the celebrant name.
- Basic ambient fairy lights or focus LED par cans to illuminate the backdrop.
Logistics
- Full delivery, 2 to 3 hour installation, and post event teardown and pickup of rented props.

- Includes all elements from the Premium Themed Banquet Decor (arched backdrops, balloon garlands, custom name boards, and cake stands).
Entertainment & Activities
- 1 professional game coordinator to host the party and conduct age appropriate games for up to 3 hours.
- Choice of 2 activity stalls: Face Painting, Temporary Tattoos, Art & Craft corner, or Caricature artist.
- 1 character mascot (e.g., Mickey, Minnie, Cocomelon, Peppa Pig) for cake cutting and photo opportunities.
Audio & Management
- 1 portable PA speaker system with a wireless microphone for the anchor and background music.
- On site coordination by the Shriji Events team to ensure vendor punctuality and smooth execution.
Basic Home Balloon Decor
Core Decor
- 200 premium metallic or pastel latex balloons in customizable colors (air-filled, taped to ceiling or walls).
- 1 standard foil balloon banner (Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, or I Love U).
- Decorative hanging curling ribbons attached to the balloons.
Logistics & Requirements
- Includes conveyance charges and a 1 to 2 person execution team.
- Setup completed in 1 to 2 hours.
- Client must provide a stool or ladder for ceiling decorations.
- Note: Ring backdrops, custom flex prints, and cake stands are not included in this package.
Milestone & Pre-Wedding Floral Decor
Fabrics & Florals
- Elegant curtain draping (georgette or chiffon) in thematic colors.
- Mixed arrangements of high quality artificial and seasonal real flowers (marigolds, carnations, orchids) for entrance arches, borders, and centerpieces.
Lighting & Props
- Heavy use of warm fairy lights, LED light up Marquee numbers (e.g., 25, 50), and ambient uplighting.
- Customized wooden or acrylic welcome easel board.
- Traditional props (umbrellas, kites) or a dedicated floral selfie booth.
- Basic styling of the main couple seating area with cushion covers and floral backdrop framing.
Logistics
- Complete pre event installation and next day removal of rented structures and fabrics.

My Story
Hi, I’m Kiran Malhotra. People call me the ‘celebration wali aunty’ sometimes, and honestly, I don’t mind! My life runs on creativity, faith, and a little bit of madness. Shriji Events N Decor is my way to mix devotion with dhol (fun). I love planning everything from Navratri setups to wild Harry Potter birthday parties. If you see kids screaming ‘best party ever’ or aunties smiling at the decor, bas, mera kaam ho gaya (my job is done).
