About Religious & Traditional Event Decoration

Shri Ganesha Events is what I call a ‘kastacha cheez’ - built on pure hard work and a love for bringing families together. For 6+ years, my whole focus has been on making your important moments look and feel special, just the way you imagined.

What I Decorate

If it’s a traditional or religious function, at home or in a hall, I’ve probably decorated it. Here’s what I do most:

• Baby showers (dohale jevan) and naming ceremonies (namkaran/barse)
• Ganpati mandap decoration ideas for festivals
• Thread ceremonies (munj), engagements, haldi, and family milestones

For Your Special Days

For baby showers, the jhula (swing) for the mom is always the star. Common asks? Peacock themes, little Krishna setups, or old-school marigold and banana leaf looks. For naming ceremonies, I focus a lot on the palna (cradle) - with custom props, floral arches, and fun ‘What’s my name?’ boards. Welcoming a newborn? I can do flower petal paths, rangoli, and balloon arrangements at your doorstep.

Sacred & Traditional Moments

Ganpati Bappa’s arrival is big! I set up full mandaps with fresh or artificial flowers, fairy lights, and even Mahadev-inspired backdrops. For munj, I’ve done everything from classic floral backdrops for thread ceremony to Maratha warrior themes with props and a throne.
