Basic Home Celebration Decor
Decor Structure & Volume
- Balloon Count: Setup includes approximately 150 to 250 latex balloons arranged as ceiling floaters (air filled with hanging ribbons) or simple corner bunches/pillars.
- Welcome Pathway: Creation of a floor pathway using fresh Marigold (Genda) and Rose petals, occasionally mixed with rangoli colors or footprints.
- Backdrop/Focal Point: Simple wall decoration using fairy lights (serial lights) and basic foil balloons.
Props & Accessories
- Foil Balloons: Includes standard text foils like "WELCOME HOME," "HAPPY BIRTHDAY," or "BABY" (Gold/Silver/Rose Gold).
- Simple Soft Toys: Inclusion of 1 to 2 small teddy bears or generic soft toys for placement on the bed/crib (subject to returnable basis).
- Bed Decor: Heart shaped or circular floral/petal arrangement on the main bed.
Execution Details
- Location: Strictly for indoor home settings (Living room or Bedroom).
- Duration: Setup takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
- Tear Down: Usually DIY cleanup by the client (balloons are disposable), though rental props (if any) will be collected the next day.

Ceremonial Furniture
- Centerpiece: Rental of a traditional Wooden Swing (Jhula) for Baby Shower or a Decorated Cradle (Palna) for Naming Ceremony.
- Furniture Decor: The swing/cradle is heavily wrapped in artificial floral garlands, fabric drapes, or marigold strings.
- Seating: 2 low height stools (chaurang) or cushions for the parents/couple.
Backdrop & Floral Work
- Background: Artificial Vertical Garden (Grass Wall) or Satin Fabric curtains with fairy lights.
- Floral Arrangements: Extensive use of Artificial/Silk flowers to create structures like Peacocks, Moon shapes, or thick floral headers on the backdrop.
- Themed Signage: Custom Marathi/English cutouts like "Dohale Jevan," "Kunitari Yenar," "Ghadulya," or a Name Reveal Mechanism (sliding board or turning card).
Accessories & Lighting
- Side Props: "BABY" blocks, traditional brass samai (lamp) stands (client usually provides oil/wicks), or thematic cutouts.
- Lighting: Focus lights to highlight the swing area and ensure good photography.
- Carpeting: Full stage covering with standard red carpet or white sheet (chandani).
Themed Banquet & Stage Decor
Backdrop & Stage Framing
- Primary Background: Choice between a Custom Printed Flex (Low range) or a Shimmer Sequin Wall/Curtain (High range) in Gold, Silver, or Black (Size: 8x8 ft or 10x8 ft).
- Balloon Arch: "Organic" style balloon garland (asymmetric, mixed sizes) running along the border of the backdrop. Uses 500+ balloons including Metallic, Chrome, and Pastel matte finishes.
- Flooring: Red or Green carpet for the stage area (basic quality).
Theme Props & Cutouts
- Character Cutouts: 2 to 4 large Foam/Thermocol or Sunboard cutouts specific to the theme (e.g., 5ft Giraffe for Jungle theme, Boss Baby figure, Disney Princess). Note: These are rental items.
- Marquee/Neon Elements: Includes one LED Neon Sign (e.g., "Happy Birthday" or Child's Name) or Large Foam "ONE" / Number marquee letters.
- Cake Display: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals (plinths) or a themed trolley for cake cutting.
Lighting & Effects
- Illumination: 2 to 4 LED PAR cans (uplights) to wash the backdrop in color.
- Fairy Lights: Strung behind curtains or around props for soft lighting.
- Fog Entry (Optional): Basic cold pyro or dry ice smoke pot for the cake cutting moment (usually added in the higher price range).
