About Hall of Champions
You don't get to the podium by accident. Every student you see here started exactly where you are—with basic footwork and tired legs. I run multi-shuttle feeding sessions that force you to push past your breaking point, teaching you how to read opponents and kill the point. It is not just about hitting the shuttle; it is about having the physical engine to stay on court for three sets and the mental toughness to refuse to lose.
The Process Behind The Podium
Winning medals at the Delhi State Ranking Tournament or the CBSE Clusters isn't just about talent. It is about a system. At our academy in Rohini, we move beyond simple hitting. We focus on the 'Advanced Performance Training' that separates casual players from tournament winners.
Why Our Training Works
- Multi-Shuttle Feeding: This is the core of my training. I feed shuttles at high speed to build your reaction time, net kills, and defensive reflexes. You get tired, but your technique remains sharp.
- Match Simulation: We don't just drill; we spar. You train against ranked players in the academy to get used to the pressure of a real match.
- Strength & Conditioning: A jump smash requires power. We use gym-based plyometrics, battle ropes, and ladder drills to ensure your body can handle the demands of competitive badminton without breaking down.
Join The League
I treat every student like a pro. Whether you are aiming for your first school medal or prepping for National School Games, the intensity is the same. We take 'I can't' and turn it into 'I can' because that is the only way to climb the ranks. If you want a trophy, you have to be willing to earn it on the court. Come ready to sweat.
