When you visit my clinic, we start with a thorough 30-minute consultation including Nadi Pariksha, or pulse diagnosis. This step allows me to understand your body's unique constitution and the root cause of your pain, whether it is a kidney stone or chronic joint discomfort. I do not follow a one-size-fits-all checklist, but rather build a personalized medicine and diet plan that addresses your specific triggers.
My practice is built on a decade of experience and the belief that the body has a remarkable ability to heal when given the right support. After leaving my teaching career to focus on clinical work, I noticed a recurring pattern where many patients were being pushed toward surgery for conditions that could be managed effectively with the right Ayurvedic interventions.
