I started Aayuttam with a simple belief: health shouldn't be a mystery. Over the last 20 years, my practice has focused on translating ancient Ayurvedic wisdom into practical routines that fit a modern, busy lifestyle. My approach isn't about putting you on a restrictive diet or giving you a generic pill. It is about understanding your unique body type and guiding you back to balance.
