We use ladder drills, agility cones, and video analysis to correct your acceleration, ensuring that by the time you reach the ball, your body is balanced and ready to complete the catch or make the stop.

At Shree Sawariya Cricket Academy, our fitness and fielding module is designed for serious aspirants. Whether it is a rainy day or scorching heat, our sessions continue. We focus on:
- Agility and Acceleration: Using ladder and cone drills to reduce the time it takes to get to the ball. We analyze your stance and movement patterns to make your fielding sharp.
- Safe Hands: We practice high catches, diving, and ground fielding on turf and natural earth grounds. It is about building confidence so that a tough chance becomes an easy stop.
- Stamina for All Formats: We prepare you to play three formats. If you are not fit, you cannot recover for the next over or the next match. Our routine includes dedicated strength training to ensure you stay energized from the first ball to the last.
We train at TN Public School in Rohini and Baldev International School in Kirari, where our teams play regular matches. This is where you test your fitness. When you are on the field, sab Baba Shyam ki kirpa hai, but we make sure your hard work is ready to support those blessings.

I am Bittoo Vashisht, and I founded this academy to give kids a real path to the BCCI and state teams. Seeing them grind through fitness sessions to secure their place in the match is my biggest reward. We are a family, and we are on the ground every day preparing the next generation of champs.
