A player's speed and strength are crucial. Our custom fitness plans include a variety of drills like lateral jumps for agility, high knee jumps for explosive power, and front leg raises for flexibility and core strength.
"Catches win matches." We conduct regular slip catch practice to sharpen reflexes and improve catching technique. A good slip fielder is an asset to any team.
The work doesn't stop after the net session. Here, our players are doing push-ups and other bodyweight exercises to build upper body and core strength.
This speed explosive workout helps players improve their acceleration and running between the wickets. Every single run saved or scored counts.
Agility ladder and cone drills are excellent for improving a player's footwork, balance, and ability to change direction quickly, which is vital for both batting and fielding.
We also incorporate traditional Indian exercises like the Desi Dand or Sapata. This is a fantastic full-body workout that builds immense strength and stamina.
