Our ground team is usually on-site hours before you do, handling everything from hanging drapes to last-minute procurement, so you can simply arrive and enjoy.
The magic of an event lies in the meticulous details you never see. At Showmaqers, our workflow for every event in Delhi NCR is built on a production-first mindset.
Logistics and Vendor Management We take over all vendor communication 3 to 4 weeks before the event. This means you do not have to worry about run-sheets for caterers, lighting crews, or transport logistics. We act as the primary buffer, meaning any structural quick fixes or delays are managed by us behind the scenes.
Structural Execution Whether we are building a mandap, setting up LED screens, or arranging floral canopies, our 5 to 15-person ground team treats every setup as a custom project. We work closely with our designers to ensure the 3D mood boards we present become reality. From rolling out carpets to precise stage lighting for your Sangeet, we manage the heavy lifting and the fine details.
