We don't just show up and switch on the lights. When you look at our setup process, you will see our team on ladders adjusting drapes or manually threading floral walls hours before guests arrive. Event production is rarely as glamorous as the final photos suggest. It is a mix of heavy fabrication, precise technical timing, and constant adjustments. - Structural Setup: Our floor executives manage the safe assembly of stages and trusses, ensuring everything from the lighting T-stands to heavy archways is secure.
- Floral and Decor Fabrication: We don't just place pre-made arrangements. Our team assembles floral walls and hanging installations on-site to ensure they look fresh and full.
- Technical Synchronization: For corporate events, our AV engineers conduct audio-visual checks well before the first guest walks in, testing sound levels and LED wall connectivity to prevent last-minute glitches.
