About Textured Canvas Art
I use wall putty and heavy-body acrylics to build the 3D relief on your canvas, which means every piece catches light differently throughout the day. Since it is just me in the studio, I only take a few of these large commissions at a time to ensure the texture dries and sets perfectly before I apply the protective varnish.

My Process
Unlike standard flat canvas prints, I build my art from the ground up. I start with a premium gallery-wrapped cotton canvas and apply modeling paste or wall putty by hand to create ridges, waves, and organic shapes. Once the texture is set and dried, I layer on heavy-body acrylics. This two-step process allows for that 3D effect that creates actual depth, not just visual depth.
Customization
Because I work directly with you, we don't need to guess if the colors will work. You can share swatches of your furniture, photos of your wall, or specific color palettes you love. I mix my paints to match the vibe of your space. Whether you need a massive 36x48 inch statement piece for your living room or something more focused for a bedroom, I tailor the scale to fit your wall perfectly.
Durability
Art should last, even in a home with pets or kids. Every canvas I complete gets a double coat of non-yellowing varnish, either matte or gloss depending on your preference. This adds a layer of protection against dust and moisture. Plus, I install heavy-duty D-rings and wires on the back before shipping, so when your piece arrives, it is ready to hang immediately.
